Now NSA law imposed on Youtuber journalist Manish Kashyap, know till when he will be released from jail

Patna/Chennai: Tamil Nadu Police has registered a case against YouTuber Manish Kashyap under the National Security Act in connection with the fake video case. After Bihar, Tamil Nadu Police has tightened the noose. Manish Kashyap was arrested by the Bihar Police for posting a fake video. Later the Tamil Nadu police took him to Chennai.

The legal noose is tightening on Bihar’s YouTuber Manish Kashyap. Now the police of Tamil Nadu has taken action on YouTube under the National Security Act (NSA). On the other hand, he has been sent to judicial custody till April 19 by the Madurai court. YouTuber has approached the Supreme Court in the matter. He has demanded from the court to club all the FIRs at one place.

The NSA Act is one of the toughest laws in India. Under this, if the central government or the state government feels that a person is a threat to the peace and security of the country or the state, then he can be arrested and detained for 12 months.

On Monday, a fourth case was registered against YouTuber Manish Kashyap for commenting on the death of Mahatma Gandhi. In this case, the EOU says that a video by YouTuber and two of his friends celebrating the death of Mahatma Gandhi has come to the fore. Under this video, Manish Kashyap has been accused of many serious allegations like treason and inciting riots.

Bihar-based YouTuber Manish Kashyap was arrested for posting a fake video. He is accused of sharing fake videos of alleged attack on migrant laborers from Bihar in Tamil Nadu. He was arrested for circulating fake videos of an attack on Bihari migrants in Tamil Nadu. Now NSA sections have been imposed. National Security Act ie NSA has also been imposed on Amritpal Singh, the head of ‘Waris Punjab De’ and a Khalistani supporter. This is considered a very strict law. Under this, any suspect can be kept in custody for 12 months.

This action on Manish Kashyap comes a day after a local court in Madurai sent him to judicial custody till April 19. In the first week of March, Tamil Nadu was accused of circulating fake videos of migrants from Bihar being attacked and tortured. His videos went viral, creating panic among migrants from North India. In this case, the Tamil Nadu Police had registered a case against Manish Kashyap and some others for disseminating fake news and fake videos. Manish Kashyap then surrendered before the Bihar Police in the last week of March and was brought to Madurai by the Tamil Nadu Police. In this case, a senior Tamil Nadu police officer told Deccan Herald that Kashyap has been detained under the NSA.

According to the National Security Act (NSA), the suspect can be kept in custody without bail for 3 months. Its duration can also be extended. Along with this, there is no need to frame charges for keeping in custody. The period of detention can be extended up to 12 months. Also, the detained person can appeal before the advisory of the High Court. The state government has to inform that this person has been kept in custody. Under this law, if the government feels that a person is a threat to the country, he can be arrested. It was created in 1980 with the aim of giving more power to the government in terms of the security of the country. This act gives power to the government that anyone can be arrested in the interest of the country. In short, this act gives the right to arrest any suspicious person.

After surrendering to the police on March 18, the YouTuber was taken into custody by the Bihar Police and interrogated. After this, the Tamil Nadu Police team took Manish from Patna to Tamil Nadu after taking a production warrant from the court. After appearing in the Madurai court here, the police got a three-day remand. During this the police interrogated him. Later, the court sent YouTuber to judicial custody till 19 April.
Many types of allegations are being made on YouTuber one after the other. Cases have been registered against Manish in several serious sections in Bihar Police and Economic Offenses Unit police station. Apart from this, Manish’s bank accounts have also been frozen.
