Sultanpur News: Heart-wrenching news has come from Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. Sita (24), resident of Ramnagar village of Baldirai police station, was hanged after gouging out her left eye. At the same time, a few hours after the incident, a text message came on the WhatsApp app of her husband’s brother, ‘You will die one by one like this.’ Police reached the information and started legal action by sending the body for post-mortem.

There is an uproar in Ramnagar Pratham village due to the death of Sita’s wife Pradeep Kanojia on Monday evening. His dead body was found hanging from a bamboo noose inside the room. The family members of the deceased called dial 112 and informed about the incident. Baldirai police reached the spot. The forensic team also investigated, then sent the body for post-mortem.

SI Chandrashekhar Sonkar of the police station started collecting evidence on the incident and started finding out the reasons for the suicide, when husband Pradeep made a shocking revelation. Pradeep, who came to conduct the post-mortem of his wife’s body, told that there was no one at our house. Our wife was alone at home. When I reached there, my brain could not function after seeing my wife’s dead body hanging. In a hurry, he cut the rope and made him lie down on the cot. His left eye was also broken.

Married woman’s husband says

Brother etc. were at home till 2.30. The incident occurred between 3 o’clock and 4 o’clock. We got the information at 5 o’clock. This morning I have received a message, it is written that we will kill one by one. We want justice. Have taken our brother to the police station. Sita’s husband Pradeep says that a year ago our family had a dispute with Sandeep of the village. We doubt the same. A message has also come from his number.

In such a situation, the important question is that if Sandeep did this then why did he do it, this is a matter of investigation? However, the police have taken Pradeep’s brother Praveen (19) into custody since yesterday. In this regard, Baldirai SO RB Suman said that the post-mortem of the dead body has been done. Legal action will be taken after the report comes. The brother-in-law of the deceased has been detained. The matter will be revealed soon. Sita was married to Pradeep on 23 March 2018. Pradeep’s family consists of father brother Lal Kanojia, mother Rajkumari, younger brother Praveen Kumar, brother Nirmal Kumar and Nikhil.
