It will be opened to the general public by the end of the month.
Chefs who are experts in making dishes from different parts of the country will be deployed for this floating air-conditioned restaurant. In this, people will be able to enjoy sizzlers, street food, mocktails and other dishes. A slipway is also being constructed to reach this restaurant. Its length will be 51 meters. There are a total of 45 seats in this restaurant. Tourists will also be able to reach this restaurant by six-seater speed boat and 30-seater Camarena boat.
Senior Manager of Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation, DP Singh, says that the restaurant will be opened by the end of this month for the lovers of delicious dishes and taste. The special lighting decoration in the floating restaurant will catch everyone’s attention. The unique interiors along with modern induction stove to prepare a variety of dishes will enthrall people.
This restaurant has been built by Litmus Company of Mumbai at a cost of Rs 5 crore. Free wedding shoot can also be arranged in this. Advanced fire fighting equipment has also been installed in the restaurant with an area of 204 square meters.
Facility to celebrate with up to 150 guests with the help of catamaran hulls in floating restaurant
Along with this restaurant, the Tourism Development Corporation has also ordered a six-seater speed boat, 30-30 seater catamaran hulls as well as two rescue boats for viewing the Sangam on the waves of Ganga-Yamuna. With the help of boats, 100 to 150 people can celebrate a birthday party or any group celebration in this floating restaurant. Catamaran hulls also feature removable chairs.
Interviews for appointment of chef
Chefs will also be appointed within a week to prepare dishes in the state’s first floating restaurant. The chef for this restaurant has been interviewed by Uttar Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation. Three chefs who have served in five star hotels have participated in the interview. He will be deployed after getting the approval of the MD of the corporation.
