Prayagraj-Allegations of forced occupation of the house, plea for justice
Prayagraj. A dispute over a house in the Chhota Baghada area of the Colonelganj police station area is deepening. The victim’s family, in a press conference at the Electronic Media Club, alleged that their house was damaged a few days ago and now an attempt is being made to illegally occupy it.
They appealed to the Chief Minister for justice.
The family states that the house in question has been registered in the Municipal Corporation’s records since 1975, and house taxes have been paid periodically.
The family has accused a lawyer of allegedly forging documents and using political influence to exert pressure. They also allege that despite complaints, no concrete action is being taken at the administrative level. They also allege that a case has been filed against a family member and threats of being implicated in other cases have been made.
The victims have demanded that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ensure strict action against the culprits by conducting an impartial investigation.
