8 (breast, drumstick) chicken
100 grams curd
1 egg, beaten
50 gm all-purpose flour
50 grams bread crumbs
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp white chili powder
Onion (dried and crushed) 1 tsp
(dried and crushed) 1 tsp basil/basil leaves
(dry and powdered) 1 tsp oregano
1 green chili, cut into pieces
(dry and powdered) 1 tsp garlic
(dried and grated) 1 tsp ginger
salt to taste
oil (for frying)
How to Make KFC Style Fried Chicken

Wash the chicken thoroughly. Drain the water well from the chicken.

Now add beaten egg, curd, half a teaspoon chili powder, salt to the chicken and mix it well.

Leave to marinate for three to four hours. Add flour, green chilies, white pepper, oregano, ginger, garlic, basil and remaining chili and salt.

Pour the flour mixture over the chicken, cover it well and then add bread crumbs.
5.Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan and deep fry the chicken and cook it on low flame.
6.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

two eggs

juice of one third lemon
one quarter black pepper powder

Method
First of all wash the chicken and take it out in a vessel and keep the water to dry for 5 to 10 minutes.
Now add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, garam masala and red chili powder and mix it well.
After mixing, keep it in a cool place or refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
After this, put cornflour in a bowl, bread powder in a big plate and crack eggs in a separate bowl.
Put oil in a pan and keep it on high flame for heating.
Now after the stipulated time, first put a chicken piece in the egg solution and wrap it well and then apply cornflour in it. After putting in the cornflour, put it again in the egg wash.
Finally, wrap the chicken pieces in bread sawdust and fry them in oil.
After the oil is hot, add 2-3 pieces and cook till it becomes golden.
